Privacy Policy
Operations Binder is a local-first operational continuity workspace with private iCloud synchronization across one operator’s Apple devices.
Data you create
The app stores the operational information you enter, including workspaces, environments, systems, ownership, host and network context, approved access methods, credential-location handles, dependencies, risks, trusted-source metadata, backup and recovery guidance, recovery evidence, decisions, and migration provenance.
Local storage and private iCloud
App data is stored on your devices using Apple system persistence technologies. Signed App Store builds use CloudKit and your private iCloud database to synchronize the same operator’s Mac, iPhone, and iPad. This is not a shared TeamAdler account or a developer-operated backend.
Data TeamAdler collects
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- No tracking SDKs and no cross-app tracking.
- No sale of app data or personal information.
- No Operations Binder account is required.
- No AI service receives your operational content.
- No developer-operated server receives your workspace through the app.
Support communications
If you contact support, TeamAdler receives the information you choose to include in your email and uses it to answer your request. Do not send credentials, secret values, private keys, recovery codes, or sensitive infrastructure exports. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate business record.
Exports and files
System packets and logical workspace archives are created only when you request them. They are saved to a location you choose and can contain sensitive infrastructure metadata. TeamAdler does not receive those files unless you deliberately provide them.
Retention and deletion
Your app records remain on your devices and in your private iCloud database until you remove them or use Apple’s data-management controls. The Mac app can delete environments, systems, and context records. Protected deletion first creates an owner-only local logical archive; you must remove that backup and any other exports separately when you no longer need them.
Your choices
You can stop using the app, remove local app data, manage Operations Binder’s iCloud access in Apple system settings, and manage private iCloud data through Apple’s available controls. Because TeamAdler does not maintain an Operations Binder account or application-data server, there is no separate TeamAdler account to close.
Platform services
CloudKit, iCloud, TestFlight, and App Store distribution are Apple services and are also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices. Bundle ID: com.teamadler.operationsbinder. CloudKit container: iCloud.com.teamadler.operationsbinder.
Policy changes
If the app’s data practices materially change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated. The effective date above identifies the current version.
